OUR POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY.
We require 72 hrs notice for cancellation and 48 hrs to change or reschedule your appointment to avoid 50% service fee.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting the Salon are considered absentee and are subject to a cancellation fee outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team.
